We begin our DryIcons blog with great pleasure. Because this is our first post, we would like to introduce ourselves, as a way to start an on-going dialog related to web icons (of course), graphic and web design, programming, web trends, tips, etc.

Howdy all! Great site you got here. Love the icon sets as well :) As a matter of fact I think I might use your WYSIWYG icons in my ongoing project. I was really looking for something like that, but unsuccessfully :( I don't wanna sound ungrateful, but could we expect WYSIWYG set in dark red tone. That would be perfect for my project :) Thanks and keep the good work

Thank you all for the nice words. We really try to do our best... PJ, we'd be really happy if our icons find their place on any of your projects, after all that's the whole point :). And as for making dark red WYSIWYG icons, I'm not sure that would be possible right now since our designers are already working on another icon set. However, we are currently planning to implement a survey system where our visitors would choose from and give ideas about new icon sets development. That should happen pretty soon, and your idea about dark red WYSIWYG icons will be the first one :)... Visit our blog more often or subscribe to our newsletter to find out when is that going to happen, and of course, get involved through the blog or contact us directly through the Contact Page! I loved the Aesthetica set, but I wonder if it is really free? Can we just use them in our projects, or do we need to adhere to any license terms.

Yes Steve, all DryIcons icon sets are free for use and licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 License. This means that you can do pretty much everything with our icons and use them in any personal or commercial projects. However, we would be very thankful if you could include a link back to http://dryicons.com in your credits.
