The usage of DryIcons' work (icons, icon sets, graphics and web templates) is limited to the terms of the "Free License", "Commercial License" and "Extended License" use.
All licenses provide personal and commercial usage under the terms defined in each one of them.

DryIcons is a service provided by our team of enthusiastic graphic and web designers and programmers. The purpose of this service is to provide only high-quality, free icons and free icon sets, as well as free vector graphics and web templates to the general public, with a specific target to designers, software and web developers.
All DryIcons' Works (meaning "icons, icon sets, graphics, templates") are free of charge, but please read further under what Terms and Conditions.
All DryIcons Works are licensed under a DryIcons Free License. This means that you can use our icons, icon sets, graphics and web templates in any publicly accessible web site, web application or any form of presentation publicly accessible through the World Wide Web only according to the DryIcons Free License Terms and Conditions:
- You must put a back link with credits to http://dryicons.com on every page where DryIcons' Works are used (example: Icons by DryIcons);
- You must include the correct back link to DryIcons website, which is: http://dryicons.com;
- You must place the link on an easy-to-see, recognizable place, so there is no confusion about the Original Author of the Works (DryIcons);
- When copying, or paraphrasing description text (or title) on one of the Works, you must make sure there are no spelling mistakes;
- Do not try to take credit or imply in any way that you and not DryIcons is the Original Author of the Licensed Material (icons, icon sets, graphics, web templates).
What you CAN DO:
- All DryIcons' Works are being provided to You under the Terms of this agreement, which allows for use of our Works but does not transfer ownership. All DryIcons' Works remain property of DryIcons;
- You may use DryIcons' Works in any personal or commercial project unlimited number of times according to the DryIcons Free License Terms and Conditions;
- You may use DryIcons' Works in any Open Source project and application according to the DryIcons Free License Terms and Conditions;
- Your rights to DryIcons' Works are worldwide;
- Any uses other than the ones mentioned above must be approved by DryIcons in writing;
- Unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of this License, and with it, your rights to use DryIcons' Works.
What you CAN NOT DO:
- You may not alter, crop, modify, manipulate and create derivative works of DryIcons' Works. All Works must be used "AS IS";
- You may not sell our Works. If you're going to earn money from a project where our Works are being used, then you may not use the Free License ;
- You may not redistribute, license, lease, assign, convey or transfer DryIcons' Works, or offer free downloads in their present form or in a modified form to any third party;
- You may not distribute DryIcons' Works (icons, icon sets, graphics, web templates) online in a downloadable format or enable them to be distributed via mobile devices. You may link to http://dryicons.com instead;
- You may not incorporate DryIcons' Works into a logo, trademark or service mark;
- You may not use DryIcons' Works directly from dryicons.com or any other location hosted on the dryicons.com domain or any other domain owned by DryIcons.
Copyright
- DryIcons.com reserves the copyrights and ownership rights of all DryIcons' Works downloaded from this website. We reserve the right to change parts of this License without notice and at our sole discretion.

DryIcons Commercial License Agreement - use our Free Icon Sets and Free Graphics without being obligated to put a back link to DryIcons.com
After the completion of your PayPal payment transaction at payments[at]dryicons[dot]com, DryIcons grants you a Commercial License.
What you CAN DO:
- You have the non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the Licensed Material an unlimited number of times in any and all media for the following commercial or personal purposes ("Permitted uses"). Any uses other than the Permitted Uses must be approved by DryIcons in writing.
Permitted Uses are:- Electronic publications including website design;
- User interface design and code based environments;
- Print publications and physical products;
- Advertising and promotional materials;
- Corporate identity documents, and letterhead (used as design elements);
- Broadcast and theatrical exhibitions;
- Video, film, or television broadcasts (used as design elements);
- To decorate your home, your office or any public place;
- You may alter and create derivative works of the Licensed Material;
- Your rights to the Licensed Material are worldwide.
What you CAN NOT DO:
- The Licensed Material (icons, icon sets, graphics, web templates) is not being sold; it is being provided to you under the terms of this agreement which allows for the use of the Licensed Material but does not transfer ownership. Ownership remains with DryIcons.com;
- You may not rent, sublicense, sell, assign, convey or transfer Licensed Material, this Agreement or any of its rights under this Agreement;
- You may not sell, license or distribute any derivative work based on the Licensed Material;
- Licensed Material shall not be incorporated into a logo, trademark or service mark;
- You may not redistribute Licensed Material online in a downloadable format;
- You may not use Licensed Material in electronic items for resale, such as website templates, electronic devices (i.e. computer, iPhone, phones, etc.) software applications, document templates, wallpapers, screensavers, e-cards or similar products that You intend to sell or distribute;
- You may not use Licensed Material on physical items for resale and "print on demand" items such as t-shirts, postcards, mouse pads, coffee mugs, calendars (e.g. on sites like Cafepress), or on any similar mass produced items that would contain the Licensed Material in a partly, or dominant way;
- You may not use the Licensed Material for pornographic, unlawful or other immoral purposes, for spreading hate or discrimination, or to defame or victimize other people, societies, cultures;
- Unauthorized use results in the immediate termination of this license, and with it, your rights to use the Licensed Material.
Copyright
- No ownership or copyright in any Licensed Material (icons, icon sets, graphics or web templates) shall pass to you by the issuance of the license contained in this Agreement.

DryIcons Extended License Agreement

DryIcons Extended License for physical and electronic sale and distribution - use our Icons and Graphics in
electronic devices (i.e. computer, iPhone, phones, etc.) software applications, website templates, wallpapers, screensavers, e-cards... with no limitations!
After the completion of your PayPal payment transaction at payments[at]dryicons[dot]com, DryIcons grants you an Extended License for physical and electronic sale and distribution.
What you CAN DO:
- you have the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and distribute the Licensed Material an unlimited number of times in any and all media for the following purposes ("Permitted uses") provided you do not violate the rights of any third party. Any uses other than the Permitted Uses must be approved by DryIcons in writing.
Permitted Uses are:- Electronic devices (i.e. computer, iPhone, phones, etc.) software applications;
- Website, document and flash templates provided such use is not intended to allow re-distribution or re-sale of the Licensed Material by another party;
- Screensavers, wallpapers, e-cards;
- Magazines, newspapers and interiors of books as a design element;
- Marketing, advertising, or promotional materials, including print ads, mailers, handouts, and packaging;
- T-shirts, postcards, mouse pads, coffee mugs, calendars or similar;
- Along with your corporate identity on business cards, letterhead, etc. Licensed Material cannot be used as a part of a business logo;
- As a design element on a website, video game, or CD-ROM;
- To decorate your home, your office or any public place.
- you may alter and create derivative works of the Licensed Material;
- your rights to the Licensed Material are worldwide.
What you CAN NOT DO:
- the Licensed Material (icons, icon sets, graphics or web templates) is not being sold; it is being provided to you under the terms of this agreement which allows for the use of the Licensed Material but does not transfer ownership. Ownership remains with DryIcons.com;
- you may not authorize any third party to use the Licensed Material for any purpose or resell, sublicense, or otherwise make available the Licensed Material for use or distribution separately or detached from a product or Web page;
- you may not share Licensed Material across a network, on a CD, or in any other way;
- Licensed Material shall not be incorporated into a logo, trademark or service mark;
- you may not use the Licensed Material for pornographic, unlawful or other immoral purposes, for spreading hate or discrimination, or to defame or victimize other people, societies, cultures;
- unauthorized use results in the immediate termination of this license, and with it, your rights to use the Licensed Material.
Copyright
- No ownership or copyright in any Licensed Material (icons, icon sets, graphics or web templates) shall pass to you by the issuance of the license contained in this Agreement.
